Here are just a few ideas for challenges that supporters have taken on previously:
- Dance-athon – strap on your cha-cha heels or lace up your trainers and dance for a set period of time.
- Football Fundraiser – if you’re part of an LGBTQ+ football team, play a set of matched in support of Terrence Higgins Trust, with spectators donating to your page.
- Swim-athon – swim a challenging distance for those living with HIV.
- Trek – Design your own trek, or sign up to one of our various treks around the beautiful British countryside.
- Press Up Challenge – break a sweat by completing a certain number of press ups (or squats, or sit-ups) per day, for a month.
- KM challenge – walk, run, cycle, or swim a certain number of kilometres for Terrence Higgins Trust within a month.
